VixellGo provides AI-powered content generation tools that allow users to create images, videos, and other media content using artificial intelligence models. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to use our tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
Credits are required to use our AI tools. Credits can be purchased through available credit packages. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used within the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The content you generate using our tools belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. VixellGo retains all rights to the Service itself, including its code, design, and branding. You grant VixellGo a limited license to use generated content for service improvement purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VixellGo shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy, and VixellGo makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to any unused credits in your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
